Ummm, pop is a Western NY and southern tier thing. Syracuse area it's soda and Albany area it's soda.

Higher ups are asking what will be presented / what will I learn / what's the value?
Help me validate this conf to them so I can attend

@MattSpeller there will be lessons on how to tell a mango from a papaya.... a master class in wine tasting.... not sure which ones are official yet.
