Explorers of the Internet

I'm actually pretty old for this. The Internet was pretty small and boring when I first got on it. If it was for GOPHER and MUDs there would have been nothing interesting at all. I remember when this new Internet thing called "The Web" happened and it was mind blowing.

@scottalanmiller Honestly i first saw internet when i was 16 years old.
-
I didn't see it till I was eighteen. Of course, at that time, most people didn't see it at all. I was the first person I new to see it. It had been talked about in magazines before then as the "Information Superhighway" but no one knew what it was or that it existed.

My daughters (4 and 6) have been using touch enabled devices since infancy. I am looking forward to seeing how they go from here.

My eldest got her iPad at one. The youngest has always had them since her sister did. Now they each have an iPad, they share an Android and have a LeapPad that they share and the oldest got a Nintendo 2DS about six months ago and she uses that extensively. They are well versed on touch devices.
The oldest got a laptop about a year ago, when she was four. She does really well using that too, now.

I started using a computer when I was 5. In elementary I was fixing the Apple computers for my teachers.
-
We didn't have computers in school till my mom donated an Apple ][c to the school when I was ~11.
-
Funnily enough, after enough years, that old Apple made its way back to me and I still have it today.
