          Started from FreePBX's guide. It was pretty thorough. Only found one little thing that they wrote down incorrectly.

                  Cheaper 🙂 For boxes of this size Vultr is $5 or $8 instead of $10 for DO and $15 for RS.

                          about to reinstall a doctors BootCamp windows. have to do that every now and then to keep it running well. weird weird.
