Started from FreePBX's guide. It was pretty thorough. Only found one little thing that they wrote down incorrectly.

Not scripted as this is my first one doing this particular build. So following a script but running it manually. Doing it on Vultr so no ISO support.

Cheaper
For boxes of this size Vultr is $5 or $8 instead of $10 for DO and $15 for RS. -
