Yeah, I've had those FDP's. Matter of fact, last time I went out drinking, that's all I had all night long... and I made it back to the hotel without getting locked in a parking garage. I believe that was the very same night, too.
Didn't want people to get the wrong idea about how I know that.
Maybe you spend the weekends like I spent my weekends in my 20s, when I was thin and reckless.
Nope. Not at all. The only reason I'm down there is for filming or running sound for concerts. We filmed a movie about a police officer injured in Roanoke and we walked around for a lot of it, and filmed some night scenes that's how I know there are a ton there.
http://follett.com was some of the worst web design I've seen. When I worked for them the website and internal custom applications where horrible. barely worked. Looks like the website might be better now.
And it is more than just logic. Sure, basic logic says they won't press the alarm if it endangers them. But it goes farther. If you have put them unnecessarily at risk and not given them the safeties that a normal business would (call the police secretly!!!) then they have no reason to care that they are being robbed. Might as well assist the robbers as much as possible. If the company doesn't care about their safety, why would they put in any effort at all to protect company assets?
